Strade Bianche

The legendary Strade Bianche is one of the hardest one day races on the calendar. With multiple gravel sectors, the race almost always gets torn to pieces. Not only was it already going to be an epic race, it was forecast to include stormy conditions throughout the race. The 2018 edition was going to be incredibly tough.

The Start

The race began in the Piazza Della Liberta. The riders were hoping for a dry start to the race, however this was not the case. Horrendous conditions greeted the riders at the start in Siena.

Once again the race finished in the legendary Piazza del Campo where hundreds of fans would be waiting for this years winner. Once again, Strade Bianche 2018 lived up to be another classic.
